You will work collaboratively with patients, families and multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care throughout the patient journey. In this role you will: Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients with complex cardiothoracic conditions Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care using evidence-based clinical practice Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes Support and guide Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing, students and colleagues Contribute to quality improvement, patient safety and continuous service enhancement Why make the move?
