This role offers the opportunity to practise autonomously while working closely with experienced medical, nursing and allied health professionals to deliver safe, timely and evidence-based care to patients presenting to the Emergency Department. What You'll Bring To be successful in this role, you will have: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and current endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner. Completion of a Board-approved Nurse Practitioner qualification at master's level, or equivalent education as determined by the Board. Strong Emergency Department experience, with demonstrated ability to provide advanced, autonomous clinical care. A commitment to collaborative practice, clinical excellence and delivering safe, person-centred care. Please note: Due to the advanced clinical requirements of this position and the nature of Emergency Department practice, applications from Transitional Nurse Practitioners cannot be considered at this time. All payments to part-time and contract employees will be made on a pro-rata basis in accordance with the terms of your contract, including any approved extensions.
