Employment Type: Permanent Full Time Position Classification: Registered Nurse Remuneration: $81,748.16 - $114,771.98 per annum Hours Per Week: 38 Located in: Blacktown & Mt Druitt Hospitals Where you'll be working Join the Infection Prevention and Control service across Blacktown and Mount Druitt Hospitals, working alongside dedicated multidisciplinary teams committed to delivering safe, effective and person-centred healthcare. Work across two major hospitals within Western Sydney Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and healthcare professionals Contribute to a culture focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement Support patients, families and carers through person-centred care Be part of a service where your clinical knowledge can make a meaningful impac What you'll be doing As a Registered Nurse, you will use your clinical knowledge, communication skills and professional judgement to support excellent patient outcomes and contribute to safe healthcare delivery. Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care that meets patient needs Respond to changing clinical priorities and delegate care appropriately Communicate with patients, families and healthcare teams to advocate for patient needs Support the supervision and mentoring of staff and students Manage resources effectively while working within professional and ethical standards How to Apply Apply online by submitting your resume and addressing the criteria listed below by providing examples that demonstrate your ability before the closing date. Essential Criteria Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Selection Criteria Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work. Demonstrated effective communication skills written and verbal. Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently within an autonomous role, and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
