Vacancy Number: 033979 Agency: Department of Lands, Planning and Environment Number of Vacancies: Several Work Unit Mining Division Located in: Alice Springs, Darwin Primary Objective: Provide specialist technical advice relating to the regulation of environmental (mining) licences and undertake compliance and enforcement action in relation to mining activities under the Northern Territory Environment Protection Act 2019 (EP Act). Several ongoing or fixed vacancies may be available in either Alice Springs or Darwin subject to negotiation with the successful applicant. Selection will be made at the P1 or P2 level depending on the experience-qualifications of the successful applicant.
