Task & responsibilities

·  Research customer needs, competitors, industry trends and potential markets for the company’s cleaning supplies, facility services and technology solutions.

·  Develop and coordinate marketing plans and campaigns for the company’s different business areas and target customer groups.

·  Advise management on market positioning, promotional opportunities, pricing-related insights and suitable channels for reaching prospective business customers.

·  Plan and coordinate digital and other marketing activities, including website content, email campaigns, search marketing, social media and sales-support materials, as appropriate to the approved marketing plan.

·  Prepare campaign briefs and coordinate the production of marketing content and promotional materials with internal teams or external providers.

·  Analyse website, campaign, enquiry and customer data to assess marketing effectiveness and recommend improvements.

·  Identify opportunities to promote existing offerings, introduce new services or products, and reach new commercial customer segments.

·  Work with the supplies, facilities management and technology teams to ensure marketing messages accurately reflect their offerings and customer needs.

·  Prepare regular reports on campaign outcomes, market insights, budgets and recommended next steps.

Qualification & experience

Bachelor's degree in Business/Comunications/Marketing

At least 1-2 years of professional experience in relevant field

Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, such as websites, email, search and social media.

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills to work with operational teams

Ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to management.

Salary: $80000-85000
