You will be an integral part of our kitchen team, maintaining high service standards with dish presentation and assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen.

Task & responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards.

Assist with preparing ingredients, including washing, chopping, and portioning.

Operate kitchen equipment safely, including wood-fired cooking equipment.

Prepare pizzas, salads, mains, and other menu items.

Ensure food is presented attractively and consistently.

Maintain a clean and organised kitchen and food preparation areas.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.

Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors when ingredients need replenishing.

Assist with receiving and storing deliveries correctly.

Work efficiently during busy service periods to meet customer demand.

Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Help minimise food waste and use ingredients effectively

Qualification & experience
