You will be an integral part of our front-of-house food and beverage team, maintaining high service standards and assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant and bar.

Task & responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and show them to their table.

Present menus and explain food and beverage options.

Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the system.

Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.

Check on customers throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction.

Clear tables and reset them for new guests.

Process customer payments and provide receipts.

Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations.

Refill water glasses and assist with additional customer requests.

Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety procedures.

Help create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualification & experience

At least 12 months of experience as a Waiter is essential.
