You will be an integral part of our front-of-house food and beverage team, maintaining high service standards and assisting with the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant and bar.

Task & responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar.

Lead, supervise, and support front-of-house and kitchen staff.

Ensure guests receive friendly, professional, and efficient service.

Manage staff rostering, training, and performance.

Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering of food, beverages, and supplies.

Ensure compliance with food safety, liquor licensing, and workplace health and safety

requirements.

Manage cash handling, banking, and point-of-sale procedures.

Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

Monitor sales, budgets, and labour costs to meet business goals.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer experience.

Assist with marketing, events, and promotions to attract customers.

Foster a positive team culture and welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualification & experience

At least 12 months of experience as a Restaurant Manager is essential.
