Metal Fabricator

ON BEHALF OF AIM CONSTRUCTION GROUP WA PTY LTD AIM Construction is a WA-based construction and fabrication company delivering high-quality outcomes across commercial and industrial projects. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Metal Fabricator / Boilermaker to join our team. About the Role You will be responsible for the fabrication, installation and repair of metal structures in accordance with job packs, drawings and safety requirements. This is a hands-on role working across various sites, requiring a strong focus on quality, safety and service. Key Responsibilities: -Fabricate, weld and install metal structures to specification -Read and follow job cards, scope of works and safety procedures -Operate welders, powered saws and hand tools -Maintain a safe and clean work environment -Compile job documentation, photos and sign-off forms -Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers and team members About You: -Relevant qualifications and/or experience -Able to work autonomously or as part of a team -High attention to detail with a proactive, positive attitude
