The Coats Group is looking for a passionate and motivated Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team. What You'll Be Doing - Running your own section during busy lunch and dinner services. - Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with consistency. - Maintaining exceptional food safety and hygiene standards. - Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage. - Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen team members. - Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver an outstanding guest experience. What We're Looking For; Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Commis ready to step up. -Excellent organisational skills and the ability to perform under pressure. -A positive attitude with a strong work ethic. -Passion for fresh, quality ingredients and attention to detail.
