Analyst Programmer

We provide information technology consulting services including systems software integration, software designing and programming services for our customers. With our innovative software and programming services, we are continuously meeting the needs of many types of businesses (restaurants, stores, retailers, wholesalers and offices) as well as individuals. We are now looking for a permanent full-time Analyst Programmer to join us. Annual Salary: $81,654 plus superannuation contributions Duties and responsibilities of Analyst Programmer: • Conduct research, analyse business and technical requirements, evaluate the clients’ system and software needs, and provide appropriate and professional recommendations; • Identify the clients’ system and software’s technological limitations and inefficiencies, as well as the associated processes and procedures; • Develop, modify, and maintain program code using a range of programming languages (such as C, C++, Java, and more) in accordance with system requirements and standards, as well as design specifications to deliver systems and applications that maintain high levels of quality, stability, reliability, and performance; • Follow the testing procedures to conduct comprehensive testing and debugging to identify and resolve technical problems (such as application coding errors, system and application functionality issues, server-related problems, and more), optimise system performance and ensure that the systems and applications comply with required specifications, requirements, and standards; • Prepare, update, and maintain technical documentation (such as user manuals, system guides, operational procedures, and more) to support effective system implementation and ongoing use; • Provide technical support, maintenance, and continuous improvements for systems and applications; provide appropriate and professional advice on software design and development initiatives (such as financial evaluations and cost-benefit analyses) to assist with informed decisions regarding software procurement, upgrades, and system enhancements. The applicant must have the following required skills and experience: Qualification At least Bachelor’s degree in ICT or similar field Experience At least one year relevant working experiences Essential Skills • Demonstrated experience and strong background in ICT • Solid background in software and applications programming, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintainance • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communications skills including verbal and written communication skills • Ability to operate as part of a team or independently • Relevant industry experience is preferred If you are interested in this position, please email your cv to: admin@adsys.net.au.
