Road Crew Member - Spray Seal

Spray Seal Road Crew / HR Drivers Location: Depot based in Dandenong, VIC (Work Away Required)

Pay Rate: $40.00/hr + Generous Overtime + LAHA & Meal Allowances

Contract: 6-Month Initial Contract (Potential for Extension)

About the Role

We are looking for hardworking and reliable Spray Seal Laborers with HR Drivers license and White Card to join our team based out of Dandenong. This position involves active hands-on road construction, operating HR trucks, and traveling for regional projects. If you're looking for consistent hours, top rates, and plenty of overtime, this is the job for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving and operating HR trucks to and from site locations

• Hands-on spray sealing, rake hand duties, and general road construction laboring

• Preparing site surfaces, spreading aggregate, and maintaining equipment

• Traveling and working away from home for extended project runs

Requirements

• Heavy Rigid (HR) Truck License (Unrestricted or Synchro preferred)

• Valid Construction White Card

• (desirable) experience in spray sealing, rake hand laboring, or road surfacing - training can be provided

• Willingness and flexibility to work away from home on continuous swings

• Strong work ethic, physical fitness, and commitment to site safety

• Complete full medical, Drug and Alcohol
