Your new role

As a Junior Administrator, you will provide day-to-day support across the business, assisting with administration, customer service, sales support, service coordination, and general office operations. This is a varied role that will suit someone eager to learn, develop new skills, and gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate business records
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assisting with orders, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Supporting customer communications and follow-up activities
  • Maintaining filing systems, documentation, and company records
  • Assisting with marketing administration, social media updates, and events
  • Providing administrative support to multiple departments across the business


What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive and enthusiastic individual looking to build a long-term career in administration.

You will have:

  • Previous administration, customer service, retail, hospitality, or office support experience
  • A Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • A current driving licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
