Task & responsibilities

• Deciding on the range of products, inventory requirements and customer service standards
•  Developing and applying purchasing and marketing strategies, including product pricing
•  Marketing and promoting the business’s products and services
• Assisting customers with purchases and providing advice on appropriate product use
•  Keeping accurate records of inventory and financial transactions
•  Preparing and managing the establishment’s budget
•  Recruiting, training, supervising and managing staff
• Ensuring the business complies with workplace health and safety requirements

Qualification & experience

• Excellent English skills
• The right to work in Australia 
• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) in relevant field
•  Minimum of 1 years of work experience
•  Team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong time management skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage staff, stock, rosters and daily store operations.
•  Ability to maintain accurate financial and inventory records.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety and food safety requirements.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
