Task & responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Ensure food safety standards are met
• Assist with inventory management
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality dishes
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Monitor food quality and freshness
• Assist in menu planning and development
• Provide excellent customer service
• Stay up to date on industry trends and techniques

Qualification & experience

• Certificate IV in Kitchen Management or above
• Minimum 1 year of full time or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team
• Strong work ethic
