We're seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist (Level 6) to lead end-to-end procurement activities across a diverse range of goods, services, and works contracts. ?? Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities from planning through to contract formation.
• Develop procurement and tender documentation.
• Manage procurement market approaches and tender processes.
• Respond to RFIs and supplier enquiries.
• Chair tender evaluation and moderation meetings.
• Assess submissions and prepare recommendations for contract award.
• Ensure compliance with legislative, governance, policy, and probity requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors.
• Support procurement strategies that deliver value-for-money outcomes.

? About You

You will ideally have:

• Proven experience managing end-to-end procurement processes.
• Experience handling medium to high-value contracts.
• Strong knowledge of procurement legislation, governance, and probity requirements.
• Experience preparing tender documentation and evaluation reports.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
• Strong written communication and reporting abilities.
• The ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously.
