We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Agitator Driver to join a well-established team based in Walliston. This is an excellent opportunity for a driver looking for stable, long-term employment with the option of either direct permanent placement or a temporary-to-permanent pathway.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating an agitator truck and delivering concrete to various site locations
- Safely discharging concrete at customer sites
- Washing out and maintaining the agitator drum
- Communicating with site personnel and dispatch via two-way radio
Essential Requirements
- Current HR Driver's Licence
- Experience driving 6 to 8-wheeler trucks
- Previous agitator experience preferred
- Experience with decorative concrete is highly regarded; however, grey concrete experience will also be considered
- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with site personnel and use two-way radios effectively
Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday
- Start times between 4:30am and 7:00am
- Finish times between 12:30pm and 3:00pm
- Approximately 8 to 10 hours per day
Pay Rates
- Casual: $42.00 per hour
- Permanent: $33.65 per hour
