Labourer | Assembler (No qualif. req.)

• Location: Sumner
• Position: Temp to Perm. Full-time permanent after 6 months.
• Shift: Mon to Fri (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
  
  

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, physically fit Labourer / Productions worker / Assembler to join the yard team. In this hands-on role, you will build, assemble, and prepare high-quality marine pontoons.

If you take pride in practical work, know your way around power tools, and thrive in a team environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Assembling modular pontoon frames, floats, and decking in accordance with specifications.

• Operating hand and power tools safely (drills, impact drivers, grinders, saws).

• Measuring, cutting, and fitting materials accurately.

• Assisting with material handling, loading/unloading, and yard organisation.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Experience using basic hand and power tools safely and accurately.

• Ability to handle heavy lifting, bending, and manual labour throughout the shift.

• Punctual, reliable, and possessing a strong commitment to quality and workshop safety.
