Key Responsibilities

• Rostering and Labour Management
• Ordering and COGs management
• Training and development of junior staff
• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality antipasti and entrée dishes
• Maintain consistency, portion control, and presentation standards
• Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are upheld

About You

• Proven experience as a Head Chef n a fast-paced restaurant environment (Italian experience highly regarded)
• Strong knowledge and passion for entrée and antipasti preparation
• Ability to perform calmly and efficiently under pressure
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Relevant food safety certification
• A genuine passion for Mexican cuisine and high-quality produce
