Deliver advanced clinical social work care Advise teams and build clinical capability Supervise staff and students across sites Lead quality improvement, research and education Promote hospital avoidance and timely care transitions About You To thrive in this role, you'll bring specialist expertise, sound judgement and a strong commitment to person-centred care.
