We are looking for a Production Manager (Manufacturing) to join our team. Listing dates: 05/10/2026 to 02/11/2026 ABOUT THE COMPANY: Tyrone Group is a commercial construction business that manufactures precast concrete products and components for construction projects. The company offers custom manufacturing and consultation alongside integrated construction services, which it delivers using its own manufactured components, established systems and in-house teams. . POSITION DETAILS: Location: Balcatta WA 6021 Employment type: Full-time Salary: $120,000-$150,000 . EMPLOYMENT RESPONSIBILITIES: • Overseeing the acquisition and installation of new plant and equipment • Planning details of production activities in terms of output quality and quantity, cost, time available and labour requirements • Monitoring production output and costs, and adjusting processes and resources to minimise costs • Determining, implementing and monitoring production strategies, policies and plans • Monitor performance and provide training and mentoring • Lead, roster and support a small team to meet daily targets • Report on operations and escalate issues to senior management . SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: • A bachelor degree or higher qualification. At least 5 years of relevant experience may be accepted in place of the formal qualification. • Relevant experience may also be required. .
