This well-established bank is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their experienced team in Rosebud. The goal is to help customers achieve their financial goals by connecting them with the right products and services.


Your new role

• Delivering a high level of customer service in the branch by understanding customers' individual needs and delivering tailored solutions
• Providing information and assistance on all financial service products including wealth, insurance, home loans and small business lending
• Completing initial applications for personal loans & credit cards
• Opening/closing general accounts and assisting with other product queries
• Working closely with the team and always putting the customer first

What you'll need to succeed

• A motivation to learn, a passion for banking and excellent customer service skills.
• You will be a strong decision maker and problem solver.
• Comfortable talking to people and building strong relationships.
• Reliable and hard working with excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to work efficiently as part of a team.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, banking or a fast-paced customer-facing role.
