The Opportunity

Prabh Pty Ltd T/A Snap Car Wash is seeking an experienced and motivated Hospitality, Retail and Service Manager nec to oversee daily operations, customer service delivery, staff performance, and business growth initiatives across our car wash operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement local marketing and promotional campaigns to increase customer traffic and revenue.
• Monitor service quality standards and maintain exceptional customer experiences.
• Supervise staff recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Analyse sales performance and operational KPIs and implement improvement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and company policies.
• Conduct regular operational reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage inventory levels, equipment utilisation, and operational resources.
• Support business development activities and contribute to achieving company objectives. 

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to analyse business performance and implement operational improvements.
• Sound understanding of customer service excellence and workplace compliance requirements. 

Desired Skills

• Experience managing service-based or retail operations.
• Knowledge of staff training and performance management.
• Experience with marketing and business development initiatives.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
