Task & responsibilities

• Consult with clients, assess skin type/condition, and recommend suitable treatments andproducts.
• Provide facial therapies, skin care treatments, and relaxation/body treatments includingmassage.
• Evaluate beauty therapy processes and contribute to continuous improvement
• Apply general and corrective make-up for clients.
• Deliver nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail repair, nail art, and application ofartificial nails.
• Provide professional advice on and sell beauty and cosmetic products.
• Maintain accurate client records, handle bookings, and manage appointment schedules.
• Perform waxing, tinting, bleaching, depilation, and electrolysis for hair removal.

Qualification & experience

• Certificate III or IV in Beauty Therapy
• Previous at least one year experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
