Business Development Manager in Building/Landscaping

Business Development Manager role. Know anyone who would be a good fit? All the responsibilities include: ?? Find new clients – identify companies or organisations that may need the business’s services. ?? Build relationships – contact potential clients, attend meetings, networking events and maintain relationships. ?? Generate sales – promote the company’s services and turn opportunities into contracts. ?? Prepare proposals and tenders – respond to RFPs, tenders and client requests. ?? Negotiate contracts – discuss pricing, services, terms and agreements with clients. ?? Meet targets/KPIs – work toward revenue, sales and new-client targets. ?? Market research – understand competitors, customers and potential markets. ?? Work with internal teams – coordinate with operations, HR, finance and management to make sure new contracts can be delivered successfully. ??
