Contract Administrator

• Location: South Melbourne
• Salary: $100K - $140K + Super

Company

Founded over 20 years ago, this company is a highly respected, longstanding builder that is responsible for delivering Government led projects across the Education, Sporting, Aged Care, Community and Healthcare sectors spanning up to $50M throughout Victoria.

Off the back of recent internal promotions, this impressive business is seeking an ambitious, reliable and hardworking Contract Administrator to join their team.

Responsibilities

The relevant role will involve working across a site and office location delivering two projects simultaneously and will involve:

• Letting and vetting various packages
• Procurement of trades
• Assist with drafting up project scopes
• Oversee financials and cost control of project
• Identify any potential contractual risks and mitigate

Requirements

• 3+ years of Contract Administrator experience for a headcontractor
• Experience delivering Government led projects heavily favorable
• Proficient with Aconex, Premier, Hammertech and MS Packages
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to learn, driven mindset and team player
• Full Australian working rights
