Production Worker (Garlic Bread Team)
Location: Moorebank, NSW
Pay Rate: $33.05 per hour (Arvo Shift)
Shift: 1.50pm - 10pm
Roster: Monday to Friday, with Saturday shifts available during peak periods
Employment Type: Casual
Join a leading food manufacturing business producing popular garlic bread products supplied to major supermarkets across Australia. We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join our Day Shift team in Moorebank.
What You'll Be Doing
Working across production areas
Placing bread onto conveyor lines
Tipping bread and monitoring product flow
Using lifting aids to handle products safely
Packing finished products for dispatch
Completing production paperwork accurately
Following GMP, food safety, and quality standards
Supporting production operations and learning multiple tasks as required
Please note: This role involves repetitive tasks, prolonged standing, and some manual handling.
What We're Looking For
Full working rights in Australia
Availability to work Monday to Friday
Own reliable vehicle and transport
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to read and complete production documentation
Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Flexible attitude and willingness to learn all areas of production
Highly Regarded
Previous food manufacturing experience
Machine operation or process work experience
Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Team Leader or Supervisor experience
Site Requirements
Yellow hi-vis shirt
Steel-capped safety boots
For food safety compliance:
No perfumes
No false nails
No false eyelashes
No jewellery that cannot be removed
