Personal Care Worker

Deliver holistic care and support to guests and families in line with care plans and under Clinical team supervision Engage guests in planned activities as directed by practitioners Support guests with all daily living needs Respond promptly to any changes in a guests condition and escalate to clinical staff as needed. What We are Looking For Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (or equivalent) Warm, empathetic approach that builds trust with guests and families Strong commitment to person centred, holistic care Proven teamwork and collaboration skills Sharp observational skills to identify and respond to changes in guest condition Experience supporting families in a health setting and commitment to family centred care Essential Requirements Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy) Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy. Current Drivers Licence and willingness to travel for work NDIS Worker Clearance (Yellow Card) Working with Children Check (Blue Card) Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
