Gecko Contracting Turf and Landscape Maintenance Positions: Landscape Gardener Location: Bibra Lake WA Full-time Gas Assets Pty Ltd T/A Gecko Contracting Turf & Landscape Maintenance is a family-owned Turf & Landscape Maintenance and Construction business based on South of the River in Bibra Lake. The Gecko Team has a wide range of skilled employees that help customers achieve their desired results. From maintenance to construction, we have all aspects of landscaping services covered. Landscape Gardener We are currently seeking a permanent, full-time employee who has had at least 3 years of relevant experience working in the industry. You will be rewarded for your skills and experience and will be provided with a long-term career path. Skills and experience: -Demonstrate experience or qualifications in the Horticultural industry in a similar role. -Certificate 3 in Horticulture or similar -A strong focus on Work Health and Safety, Quality & Environmental -Ability to work autonomously -Strong leadership and communication skills -An eye for detail and desire to produce a very high standard of work -Current driver's license (MR preferred) -Construction White card -A positive and enthusiastic attitude -Traffic Management qualification desirable. -Chemical Spray License desirable. Duties and responsibilities: -Completing garden maintenance tasks such as but not limited to pruning, mulching, weeding, lawn mowing -Leading a small team -Operating maintenance equipment including power tools in accordance with OH&S procedures -Reporting to maintenance supervisor -Assist management in maintaining ISO9001, ISO45001, & ISO14001 accreditations.
