Full Time Chef

EXPERIENCED CHEF Aroma @ Metung – East Gippsland, Victoria Aroma @ Metung is a busy, well-established café and restaurant located on the beautiful Gippsland Lakes. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team and become an important part of our kitchen. Employer sponsorship may be available for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who: Holds a minimum Deploma in Commercial Cookery or equivalent Has strong professional kitchen experience Can work independently and confidently run a kitchen Has excellent food preparation, cooking and presentation skills Can lead and support kitchen staff Can maintain high standards of food quality, consistency and hygiene Is organised, reliable and able to work well under pressure Has a positive attitude and takes pride and ownership in their work Is passionate about creating quality food and contributing new ideas to the menu This is an excellent opportunity for a chef looking for a long-term position in beautiful East Gippsland, with the potential for sponsorship for the right person.
