Movement Mender Therapy is expanding and we are looking for a motivated and caring Physiotherapist to join our team in the beautiful Southern Highlands. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about evidence-based practice, personalised treatment plans, and supporting clients in achieving long-term wellbeing. As a full-time Physiotherapist, you will provide high-quality assessments, tailored treatment programs, and ongoing management for a diverse caseload. You will work closely with clients from a range of backgrounds including musculoskeletal, sports, rehabilitation, and chronic condition management. You’ll be supported by an experienced team and have room to grow professionally.

Task & responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans
- Deliver hands-on therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and preventative care
- Manage a varied caseload with autonomy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with regulatory standards
- Work collaboratively with a supportive clinical team
- Contribute to client education and community health initiatives
Qualification & experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
- At least 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience
- AHPRA registration – at minimum Limited Registration (Supervision)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A commitment to client-centered care and ongoing professional development
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
