Carpenter – Residential Renovations & Extensions(Full-Time) Bulk Projects Pty Ltd | Gold Coast, QLD $79,500 per year + superannuation | Full-time, 40 hours per week About us Bulk Projects is a licensed Gold Coast builder (QBCC 15526925, NSW 488284C) delivering residential renovations and extensions, upper-floor additions, carpentry and joinery, decking, and commercial fitouts across the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers. We're a small, hands-on team that takes pride in quality finishes and well-run sites. The role We're looking for a qualified carpenter to join our site team on a permanent full-time basis. You'll work across a mix of renovation, structural and finishing work, including: • Wall and roof framing, including structural alterations and upper-floor additions • Installing doors, windows, cladding, linings and fix-out (architraves, skirtings, hardware) • Building and installing (carpentry and joinery) items to design drawings • Deck construction, including subfloor, framing, decking and balustrading • Reading and working from architectural and engineering drawings • Setting out and measuring accurately, and working to tight finish tolerances • Working safely on occupied residential sites and following SWMS • Keeping sites tidy and communicating clearly with the supervisor, other trades and homeowners What you'll need • Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent trade qualification) • At least 1 year hands-on carpentry experience, including residential renovation work • Demonstrated experience in both structural framing and general carpentry • Current General Construction Induction (White Card) • Current driver's licence and the ability to travel to sites across the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers (Open license) • Your own and power tools (complete carpentry set) • A strong safety mindset and a reliable, professional attitude Desirable • Experience with structural framing • Experience on commercial fitout projects • Experience with renovation/extension projects What we offer • $79,500 base salary plus 12% superannuation • Paid annual leave, personal leave and public holidays • Permanent, full-time position with steady work • A varied project mix and a supportive team Please, apply via email.
