We are looking for a qualified Chef for a full-time position to work with our kitchen team. Job Tasks and Responsibilities: • Ensure food preparation and presentation adheres to company standards. • Work effectively within the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service and products to guests. • Demonstrate a working understanding of food, hygiene, and safety principles. • Adherence to house policies and procedures, including OH&S legislation. Skills and Experience: • Related cookery qualification is preferred and at least 1 or 2 year of post qualifications experience. • Meticulous and have a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Safe and accurate knife skills • Experience in pizza making and other Italian food. • Knowledge and experience in a variety of different cooking methods • Flexibility with working hours including evenings and weekends. • Ability to contribute to planning for menu specials.
