The Opportunity Cablewise PTY LTD is seeking a skilled Telecommunications Cable Jointer to join our team in Osborne Park WA 6017. The successful person will work on data and telecommunications cabling projects for residential and commercial customers. Your Duties • Carry out new data and telecommunications cabling installations. • Connect, terminate and label cables and outlets. • Check, test and repair cabling systems. • Locate and resolve faults and connection problems. • Use technical drawings and job specifications. • Maintain tools, equipment and work records. • Follow electrical, cabling and workplace safety requirements. • Work with customers, supervisors and other team members. What We Are Looking For • Minimum 1-2 years of previous experience in telecommunications or data cabling. • Relevant qualification, training or industry experience. • Knowledge of structured cabling and network systems. • Ability to diagnose and fix cabling faults. • Ability to understand technical information. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Reliable attitude and commitment to safe work practices.
