Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, highly skilled, and client-focused Full-Time Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary health team located in [Insert Suburb/State]. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based psychological assessments, clinical interventions, and therapy plans to support individuals across diverse caseloads.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and risk assessments.
• Formulate, implement, and monitor individualised, evidence-based treatment plans (including CBT, ACT, or mindfulness techniques).
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions in accordance with professional ethical standards.
• Prepare high-quality clinical reports, diagnostic summaries, and case notes in compliance with regulatory standards and healthcare frameworks (such as NDIS, Medicare, or private health).
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary care teams, medical practitioners, family members, and support coordinators.
• Participate in clinical supervision, peer reviews, and continuing professional development activities.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
• Recognized Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology (or equivalent 4+2 / 5+1 pathway qualification).
• Current General Registration with AHPRA (Psychology Board of Australia).
• Minimum 1–2 years of post-registration clinical experience as a Psychologist.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in clinical report writing.
• Australian Driver’s License and Working with Children Check / Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
Position Details & Remuneration:
• Position Basis: Permanent, Full-Time (38 hours/week)
• Location: NT (Darwin Based )
• Remuneration Package: $95,000 – $110,000 per annum + Superannuation]
