Factory Assembly Worker

This hands on role sits within a practical manufacturing and finished goods environment where care and consistency matter. The person in this role will rotate between wrapping finished products and picking and packing customer orders for dispatch throughout the day. As order sizes and volumes change adaptability and good time management are important to keep everything moving smoothly. They will work closely with the Dispatch Lead and follow direction from both dispatch and production to ensure orders are accurate and ready on time. Strong attention to detail is essential as checklists are used to confirm correct packing.
