As a full-time, permanent employee, you will work 6 days a week, Day Shift only, and must be able to work weekends on roster 1 in 4 etc.

With various areas requiring reliable new team members, depending on your previous experience and skill sets, you could find yourself doing any of the following activities:
- Removing and replacing tyres,
- Diagnosing tyre damage wear,
- Diagnosing wheel balance problems and balancing wheels,
- Performing puncture repairs conforming to relevant standards,
- Selecting correct tyres tubes and rims and accessories,
- Providing high standard of customer service in a professionally presented environment.
- At all times adhering to the our company procedures and Workplace Health & Safety standards.
Employees will be required to carry out the fitting, balancing, repairs and general servicing of tyres/rims and perform wheel alignments on vehicles. At all times adhering to the company procedures and Workplace Health & Safety standards
Award: Vehicle Repair, Services and Retail Award 2020
| Level 1: | Annual: $50,862 p.a | Hourly rates: $25.74 p.h |
| Level 2: | Annual: $52,245 p.a | Hourly rates: $26.44 p.h |
| Level 3: | Annual: $53,510 p.a | Hourly rates: $27.08 p.h |
| Level 4: | Annual: $55,269 p.a | Hourly rates: $27.97 p.h |
| Level 5: | Annual: $56,593 p.a | Hourly rates: $28.64 p.h |
| Level 6: | Annual: $58,193 p.a | Hourly rates: $29.45 p.h |
| Level 7: | Annual: $63,667 p.a | Hourly rates: $32.22 p.h |
Entry-level pay rates are based on no or little relevant experience, You will have the opportunity to progress based on role availability, aptitude for the tasks, prior attendance, and performance record.

To be successful, you must meet the following requirements:
- Australian Citizen / Permanent Residency / Full Working Rights in Australia are essential
- Pass a Pre-employment medical check including drug alcohol test
- Physical Stamina, Attention to detail, Strong Work Ethic and willing to work as part of a diverse team
- Willingness to work in a predominately outdoor environment around machinery
- Be able to provide two reference checks
- Immediate start possible
- Availability across day and afternoon shift - early morning and mid-afternoon starts depending on assigned role and previous experience
