Salt Refinery Labourers

Our client located in Bajool QLD 4699 has been operating since 1888 and is now Australia’s largest producer of Salt products. Roles start in December 2026. 48 months of work on offer Full Time work minimum 38 hours per week. 30 roles on offer - no experience required. Starting pay is $26.57/hour Level 1 Salt Industry Award. Additional payments or penalties are as per the Award Onsite training provided with progression opportunities. Monday to Friday, Morning and afternoon shifts 6am to 6pm & 6pm – 6am. Some weekend work may be required Flexibility to work these hours is essential. The Role • Maintaining a safe and clean work area • Operating equipment to produce bulk and bagged products • Warehouse duties including operation of pallet wrapper • Lifting and sorting of large salt bags • Working with conveyors • Heavy lifting Criteria • Work well in a team environment • Safety conscious and able to follow workplace health and safety policies and procedures. • Guaranteed commitment to shift times, being flexible and punctual • Ability to conduct physical work in cold & hot environments • Ability to pass a Pre-employment medical, which includes Drug and alcohol testing
