Duties:

• Assembly & Disassembly: Strip, assess, clean, rebuild and reassemble conventional and MESABI® flexible core cooling systems.

• Component Repair: Overhaul, repair and service heavy-duty radiator components and specialised industrial heat exchangers.

• Soldering & Fabrication: Perform precision soft-soldering and related technical repairs on radiator cores and tanks.

• Testing & Quality Assurance: Flush, pressure-test and inspect completed assemblies to ensure zero defects and complete operational safety.

Skills & Experience:

• Relevant trade qualification or strong practical experience working with heavy industrial radiator and cooling components.

• Proven hands-on experience in soft soldering or brazing on radiator or cooling system parts.

• A proactive, safety-first mindset committed to high workshop hazard management standards.
