Full-Time Farm Labourer (Multi-year contract)

Bundaberg based vegetable grower is currently seeking 5 Permanent Full-Time Farm Labourers to join the team commencing in December 2026. Positions will be offered under the Horticulture Award 2020 (MA000028) starting as Level 2 at the minimum weekly rate of $1004.90. This role will be offered as a four-year contract providing you are successful after the probation period. Key Responsibilities: • Harvesting and packing melons, pumpkin and ground vegetables • Performing general farm labouring tasks as required • Working efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Repetitive heavy lifting and stacking boxes • Outdoor work including hot, humid and wet weather. Position Details: • Remuneration and conditions in accordance with the Horticulture Award 2020 • Typically, 5 days a week across 6-day roster including weekend work, and possible work outside the span of ordinary hours. • Must have full availability during the peak season starting in November through to end of March. (Exceptions can be made). Candidate Requirements: • No prior experience necessary – training will be provided • Must be physically fit and capable of performing repetitive, physically demanding tasks in an outdoor setting • A strong work ethic and reliability are essential • Ability to pass drug testing * *Drug test.
