Lilac Health is seeking dedicated paediatric occupational therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team supporting children and young people with diverse developmental needs. This role offers flexibility and autonomy while being supported within a collaborative family-centred environment. You will work closely with our Paediatrician, Psychologists, Dietitian and speech pathologist to provide integrated and meaningful care.
About the Role
In this role, you will:

Support children with autism, ADHD, and other neurodevelopmental differences.

Assist children in developing fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and emotional regulation.

Collaborate with families, carers, and a multidisciplinary team to empower children and young people to thrive in everyday life through relational, strengths-based and evidence-informed practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for early career clinicians looking to start their own private practice with the support of a medical team and assured patient and client flow under a shared care model.

Are comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications and other requirements
