Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the business.
• Lead, supervise, train, and support customer service and administrative staff.
• Develop and implement sales and customer service strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor business performance and prepare operational reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, responsible lending obligations, and relevant legislation.
• Manage customer relationships and resolve complex customer enquiries and complaints.
• Oversee staff rostering, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Monitor financial transactions, business records, and operational procedures.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professional conduct.
• Assist with business development initiatives and continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant full-time experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar management role.
• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience managing staff and business operations.
• Sound understanding of sales, customer relationship management, and administrative processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Strong computer literacy and reporting skills.
