Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Please provide an example of a time when you identified a change in a patient's condition and used your clinical assessment and critical thinking skills to determine the appropriate nursing interventions. What was the outcome for the patient?
Describe a situation where you worked collaboratively with patients, carers, and a multidisciplinary team to develop or adapt a care plan. How did you ensure effective communication and achieve positive patient outcomes?
