• Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate day-to-day studio activities, including opening/closing, studio maintenance, and workflow management.
• Manage master studio calendars, artist availability, and client appointment scheduling.
• Greet walk-ins, handle inquiries via phone, email, and social media, collect deposits, and resolve customer complaints or concerns. 
• Track, order, and restock studio supplies such as ink, needles, grips, sanitation products, and office materials.
• Ensure the shop adheres strictly to local health department codes, sterilization protocols, and safety regulations.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions, collect artist booth rent or pay splits, maintain spreadsheets/bookkeeping records, and track budgets.
• Coordinate onboarding, supervise reception staff or apprentices, and help mediate conflicts to maintain a positive shop culture.
• Support and guide existing employees and offering them assistance when necessary.
• Oversee social media accounts, promote guest spots, and maintain the public image of the studio brand.

Villains Tattoo Co in Oxford Street, Mount Hawthorn, Western Australia, is a welcoming major tattoo and piercing studio.  It is Perth’s largest all-styles tattoo studio and home to some of the city’s best artists. It has earned its reputation as a studio with clean facilities and welcoming atmosphere to its clients.   It operates Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
