Full-Time Retail Manager Required

Top Lake Pty Ltd T/A TSG Yamba is seeking a full-time Retail Manager to join their dynamic team at Shop 27, CNR Yamba Road &, Treelands Dr, Yamba, NSW, 2464.

TSG Yamba is an Australian specialist tobacconist and online retail business offering a range of tobacco products, smoking accessories and related products. The business focuses on convenient online ordering and fast delivery, supported by a national TSG retail network and a strong emphasis on professional customer service.

Task & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. 
• Developing local marketing and in-store promotional activities. 
• Promoting and resolving customer complaints, in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensuring all merchandise is stocked and displays are attractive, priced correctly, and displayed in a safe manner. 
• Supervising, and disciplining all store employees according to company policy. 
• Completing daily paperwork and computer entry in a timely manner as established by management. 
• Conducting store meetings as needed with employees. 
• Analyzing store reports and budgets.
• Understanding all information in the daily reporting of store operations
• Following and enforcing all Company Policies and Established Procedures in the store operations. 
• Implementing and enforcing all merchandising and vendor policies and procedures.

Qualification & experience

Skills Required:

• Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role.
• Demonstrated relevant experience in Customer Service Area. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• The ability to remain patient and calm in stressful situations.
• Knowledge of Operations and inventory systems preferred. 

Experience Required: Minimum of one year of professional experience as a Retail Manager.

Good Salary Package: $80,000 plus Super
