Comprara is an Australian procurement consulting and capability business supporting organisations across procurement, commercial advisory and capability development.
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Adviser – People & Capability to join our Melbourne CBD team.
Salary $80,000 per annum.
About the Role
This is a broad generalist HR role supporting the business across the employee lifecycle. You will work closely with management and employees, providing advice and support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance, HR policies, employee engagement and organisational development.
You will also support learning and development and employee capability initiatives, including coordinating training, maintaining HR and learning records, supporting capability assessments and preparing workforce reports.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide generalist HR advice to managers and employees.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes.
• Assist with performance, conduct and routine employee relations matters.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HR systems.
• Coordinate learning and development activities and capability initiatives.
• Support employee engagement, retention and workplace culture initiatives.
• Analyse workforce information and prepare HR reports.
• Assist with remuneration reviews, leave administration and other HR processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and appropriate information-management standards.
About You
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Development, Psychology, Employment Relations or a related discipline is desirable.
• Experience in a generalist HR Adviser, HR Officer or HR Coordinator role.
• Practical knowledge of recruitment, onboarding and HR policies.
• Experience with HR systems and maintaining employee records.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong Microsoft Office and reporting skills.
