We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to oversee and coordinate the
administrative and operational functions of our busy kitchen manufacturing and installation business.
This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while supporting
teams across the office, production facility, warehouse, and installation sites. The successful candidate
will play a key role in coordinating staff, resources, schedules, and business processes to ensure
projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily administrative and operational activities across the office, warehouse and installation teams.
• Coordinate staff, equipment, vehicles and resources to support production and project delivery
• Supervise office, warehouse and site personnel, allocating tasks and monitoring performance.
• Maintain business records, operational documents and administrative systems.
• Liaise with management, suppliers, customers and contractors to ensure smooth business operations.
• Coordinate production schedules, deliveries and installation timelines to meet customer deadlines.
• Monitor inventory and ensure materials are available for manufacturing and installation projects.
• Ensure office and operational equipment is maintained and operating effectively.
• Promote and maintain compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
• Ensure business activities comply with relevant legislation, company policies and industry standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll administration and employee performance management.
• Prepare reports and assist management with operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee customer service processes, ensuring enquiries, orders and project communications are handled efficiently and professionally
Skills and Experience
• Proven experience in a related role.
• Relevant qualifications will be considered an advantage.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and competing priorities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling systems
