About the role As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Murrumburrah Harden Health Service, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality and patient-centred care. You will provide clinical and operational leadership, manage resources effectively, and support the development of a positive and high-performing nursing team. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate nursing services to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care. Manage staffing, rostering and workforce resources to meet clinical and operational requirements. Foster a positive workplace culture through leadership, coaching, mentoring and staff development. Drive clinical governance, quality improvement initiatives and compliance with relevant standards and policies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders to improve patient outcomes and service delivery. Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams while fostering a positive workplace culture. Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across healthcare services. Commitment to delivering patient-centred care, clinical governance and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
