- Salary $80,000 to $85,000 per year plus superannuation

Hardware Technician
We are seeking an experienced Hardware Technician to join our team, responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining computer systems, mobile devices and related hardware.

Task & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware faults;
Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining hardware and peripheral equipment;
Repairing and replacing faulty components;
Testing repaired devices to ensure correct operation;
Performing hardware upgrades and preventative maintenance;
Installing and configuring related software where required;
Providing technical assistance and advice to customers;
Maintaining accurate records of repairs and parts used; and
Ensuring all technical work meets company quality and safety standards.
Qualification & experience
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in hardware support, diagnostics or repairs; and
A Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
