Housekeeping Attendants – Up to 10 Full-Time Positions Available Teamswork Services is seeking up to 10 reliable and motivated Housekeeping Attendants to work full-time at the South West House in the heart of Dunsborough. The positions will be starting in December/January 2026 and will be a 12 month full-time contract. South West House is a new accommodation and hospitality venue servicing visitors from across Australia and overseas. We are seeking dedicated team members who take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Position Details - Up to 10 full-time positions available - Minimum 38 hours per week - Rotating roster over 5 days per week - Weekend and public holiday work may be required - Shift times may vary according to operational requirements, with shifts commencing as early as 6:00am and finishing as late as 12:00am Key Duties and Responsibilities - Clean and service guest rooms to established hotel standards - Prepare rooms for arriving guests, including making beds and replenishing amenities - Clean and maintain public areas including reception areas, corridors, function spaces, dining areas and other common areas - Deliver and distribute hotel linen, cleaning chemicals and supplies - Assist with laundry operations as required - Undertake manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying and moving supplies and equipment - Ensure cleaning equipment is maintained, cleaned and stored appropriately - Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times - Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation throughout the property Skills and Attributes - Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively within a team - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Good communication and customer service skills - Ability to undertake physically demanding work, including prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, lifting and repetitive movements Remuneration Remuneration will be paid in accordance with the Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2020, with classification and pay rate determined by relevant skills, qualifications and experience. Penalty rates, overtime and other applicable entitlements will be paid in accordance with the Award.
